Dr. Haddad designed the Troy office in 1996 specifically as a start-of-the-art LASIK facility. Today this office still maintains that status. The Laser Eye Institute is nestled in the heart of Troy, right on Big Beaver Rd on the north side of the road between Rochester and Livernois. It is hard to miss, a single story brick building with a large Laser Eye Institute sign, viewable from big beaver; just a stones throw down from Sommerset Mall.
